I decided to write about everything and anything that is going on at our house. Probably a mistake to have a blog with no focus but, it really is like my life lol. I am constantly multi-tasking. Well today i'm going to share our menu plan for the week. I typically shop Friday night or Saturday afternoon.
Friday- Pita with boneless/skinless chicken breast , Romaine lettuce, tomato, shredded cheddar cheese, tzatziki
Sat- Rachel Ray Beef and beer pot with Buttermilk Potatoes + salad and steamed cauliflower, broccoli and carrots

Sun-Eating out
Monday- Rachel Ray Horrseradish cheddar turkey burger, whole wheat bun, tmato , lettuce, salad

Tues-Slow cooker parmesan chicken with pasta
Wed-Greek Grilled Chicken salad with pita
Thurs-Artisan bread in 5 minutes a day Pizza
Friday-Homemade chicken soup+ salad
Breakfasts
oatmeal (steel cut rolled made with milk, water, cinnamon) topped with yogurt and frozen fruit (repeat)
scrabbled egg wrap with cheddar cheese
bagel, egg, lettuce, tomato, mayo
pancakes (oat+whole wheat)
Lunch is usually smoothie.
